French Roasting Pan

898.00

French, late 19th century. 13 x 18 5/8", 3" deep. 10 lbs. 7 oz.

Heavy, in-every-way-perfect roasting pan. Good size for a medium turkey or large roast beef, ham, or pork. The four corners are dovetailed with large, typically 19th-century English cuts. The handles are iron. This is going to be someone's favorite pan--for the next 150 years or so. Re-tinned.
